Sunday 19 April. Everyone’s gotta have a bit of crazy, right? In our house we certainly have our share… and today I’m torn between being thankful for laughter… or dancing… or both!
Last night we had an impromptu disco. Thankfully for our neighbours, it was at 7:30pm or we might have had some serious noise complaints! Friends of ours gifted us a speaker-plus-disco-lights for Christmas one year (I think they might know us well?!) and that got pulled out. Three excited kids set the scene, or in other words, made the house pitch black. The lights pulsed to the music, filling the house with a startling plethora of colour. And we cranked out those dance moves!! Good times and lots of giggles.
We all need those interludes. I hope you’re finding ways to laugh at the moment. And perhaps dance too. If you haven’t yet, I highly recommend turning up the music and giving it a whirl!
